Shipping Policy
All in-stock items are shipped out three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from Florida, USA, unless otherwise noted. Packages are shipped by your choice of USPS Standard or Priority Mail. Prices for calculated shipping will be determined at checkout. Note that the quoted delivery time by USPS is not guaranteed, although they typically deliver on-time or earlier about 95% of the time! Priority mail includes insurance up to $50 for lost or damaged items. We are not responsible for mis-delivered or late shipments. If USPS indicates that your package is delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. It is our experience that this happens in a rare number of cases where either USPS erroneously delivers to a neighbor, or to a front desk of an apartment complex and the complex forgets to notify the recipient, or USPS doesn't drop off the package despite indicating it as delivered. In the latter case, it usually shows up in the next few business days, and/or is held at your local post office. Please follow up with your local post office. We also ship internationally using USPS, with tracking, delivered by your local postal service. We are not responsible for lost items or delays in customs. If customs returns a package to us, you are responsible for reshipment cost.
